Founders Story

Duliban Family Holdings is a property development and management company specializing in best in class accommodations through the concept of community pride of ownership. We always remain focused on upgrading and improving our buildings to ensure the satisfaction of our residents and building staff.

In addition to our top-level maintenance and renovation program, we have also developed real estate with ongoing projects including -but not limited to- 174 Hwy 20 Fonthill and 1145 Pelham St. Our buildings help to display the commitment we have to our respective communities and being a leader in our industry.

Duliban Family Holdings provides our residents with the best in class property management software with ability to engage with maintenance staff and report tickets as necessary. Our team uis friendly, professionally trained, and dedicated to creating a community that is clean, safe, and secure.

Duliban Family Holdings is managed by the Duliban Family Office. We support our various communities through a partnership with Duilban Insurance Brokers Ltd and through our DulibanFORECharity Program.
